Whenever Lola wants to go potty, or get attention, she never jumps up on the wall. She uses her inside voice bark to get your attention, and presses her nose against whatever wall you are standing next to and stares at you until you notice her. She can stand like that for a very long time. It’s pretty funny.

Things Dobermans do
Soraya always does the strangest things. Like last night as I was crouched to clean something off the wall of her kennel she comes up behind me and starts rubbing her face all over my back, like she has an itch she can’t get to. It was so random. Then she went back to rolling her babies around in the news paper.

Too cute
Ruby’s pink collar is so adorable. This morning during breakfast, she found a piece of big dog food. She went and found somewhere comfortable to lay down, and started crunching on it. After she bit it in half, she realized one of the halves was missing and began looking everywhere for it, swinging her head from side to side. Then it dropped out of the corner of her mouth where it had been the whole time.

New Dobermans
Leo and India are the new dogs. They are already well loved. Leo loves to get your attention as you are walking past him. And as soon as you so much as touch him suddenly India is there pushing him out of the way and wanting all the love. It’s pretty funny.

Puppy paper
When switching out new paper for the puppies, Soraya seems to enjoy it more than the puppies. When the fresh paper is spread around, she just rolls in it, and digs in it. Snorting and having the time of her life. When I come back she always has news paper on her head somehow.

Dobermans for breakfast
After feeding Night’s puppies I take their dish and wash it. Only to come back and see all eight of them piled on top of each other in a big puppy pile. It’s so adorable to see them all snuggling together after just having breakfast.

Smart Doberman puppies
When I’m up doing stuff that I know will disturb Soraya like letting the dogs out, I put her babies in a box to keep them safe just in case. I soon discovered how smart Soraya’s yellow collar is. I put them in the box, and I left, but after walking by a few seconds later he had somehow escaped. I put him in the box again and once again he had boosted himself out. None of the others have yet discovered that their siblings make good step ladders. Time to get a bigger box haha.

Loving Doberman Mothers
Soraya is a very funny dog. She was nursing all her babies but one, who was asleep near her head. She didn’t seem content with all but one puppy nursing, so she kept trying to nudge them with her paw and roll them over to her with her face.

The size of a Dobermans heart
I love to see how vicious Ruby’s red collar is. He’s the smallest doberman in the litter, but man is he feisty. Even as a new born when he nursed he’d thrash around. Now that he’s bigger whenever I go into see him he’s always got me by the pant leg, thrashing his head around viciously. It’s adorable. He always fight’s back when pink collar his much bigger sister bully’s him around. He’s a funny little guy.

Doberman puppy personality
Kimi’s last little red girl is so sweet. She always cuddles right up to me whenever I come into to clean. She like to be close to you, and be held and petted. She will be a good companion. Celeste’s blue collar on the other hand I think will be a good working dog. He always goes straight for the ankles. Pulling on my pant leg, or my hands, whatever he can get a hold of. It’s fun to see their little personalities develop.
